deposits

 

all bookings require a deposit which you will kindly be asked to provide before confirmation of your booking can be received. 

a deposit of $50.00 is required for all bookings under the value of $1000

 

cancellation policy

at the aesthetic house we understand that life gets in the way sometimes, however your time is of great value to us and we trust your understanding in the value of our time also.

 

48 hour cancellation policy

please take note of our cancellation policy. we require 48 hours notice of cancellations and rescheduled appointments. a $50 fee applies to all bookings not cancelled within 48hrs of the booking time. we trust in your respect of our time as appointments with Joëlle (registered nurse) book quickly and we request that you let us know of any rescheduling requests early on. we pride ourselves in our excellent customer service and in order for us to be able to continue offering our patients the best, most time effective service that we can we need to ensure all booked appointments are attended.
